Regulations

CHECK OUT TIME: 11 a.m. All re-registrations must be paid in advance before 11 a.m.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 M.P.H. Absolutely no faster PLEASE!PLEASE!

Do Not Pick Any Flowers on Campground.

FIRES: Fires allowed in metal rings ONLY. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS. No Fireworks or Firearms. Firewood is for sale in the store. Tree chopping is a $500.00 fine in Colorado. Chain saws and axes are prohibited in campground. Please do not put any trash, cans or garbage in fire rings or bar-b-ques.

CAR WASHING IS NOT ALLOWED: Our well water has a limited supply.

PETS: Pets must not annoy other guests. Pets must be leashed, maximum 6' length and never left unattended while the owner is away. The owner is responsible for picking up any mess made by the animal. Pets are not allowed in the store or other buildings, except for seeing-eye dogs. Pets must be walked in designated area. Please use DOG WALK.

TENTERS: In order to maintain our grass sites we must ask that tents be moved every 3 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.

KAMPING KABINS: No cooking or fire of any kind in Kabin. No smoking and no pets left in Kabins.

GARBAGE: Garbage is to be deposited in dumpster.

QUlET TIME: 10 P.M. TO 8 A.M. No loud talking, laughing or music between these times.

PONDS & STREAMS: For liability reasons, ABSOLU TELY no swimming or wading in ponds or streams.

TENANCY: Termination of tenancy with no refunds can result for violation of these rules or for unreasonable or boisterous conduct. Management reserves the right to make decisions in these matters. Campers and their guests (registered or not) are here at their own risk and must accept responsibility for theiractions. The OURAY KOA, its owners and managers, will not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property or injury to person/personsin this R.V. Park.
